Tracking an Order

Your tracking information can be found in your email confirmation from us. A few things to consider:

Your tracking may not update in real time as your order travels to you. It’s completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans.

If you never received an email confirmation or your tracking link isn’t available…

Check your billing info – we may need an update to ship your Pak.

All non-subscription orders are processed at time of purchase, and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order was placed. Any subscription purchases will also be shipped with the initial purchase. Then 30 days later, after receiving advanced notice, you will be shipped your next subscription order.

Right now we ship exclusively with USPS Priority 2-Day mail to make sure you never have to wait for your goods.

Yes, we will send you a confirmation once your order has been shipped and it will contain a tracking number.

It’s possible that USPS marked your box as delivered prematurely. If it’s been 3 business days or more since false deliver, lest us know so we can take care of it!

Be sure to double-check your “Address” to make sure everything’s up to date, too!
