All sales are final. That said, if any items in your Pak are damaged, we will gladly ship you a new one immediately. If your monthly subscription order has items missing, let us know at and we’ll ship your items out as soon as possible.

If you’d like to make an exchange for another flavor of a product, simply send it back to us and we can switch those out for you. If your box or any of the items were damaged in transit, contact us and we will gladly ship you a replacement Pak or just replace the damaged/missing items.

Its simple, if you qualify for a refund then we refund you what you paid.
